VALORANT Agent Guide: Jett

Valorant has a lot of agents, each will have a toolkit specialized at providing specific utility to their team. Duelists are one of the classes of Valorant that play aggressively and Jett is no exception . One of the initial poster children for Valorant is the pseudo-Airbender Jett. Jett uses a host of abilities to obtain new positioning as rapidly as possible to keep the enemy second-guessing. Other Duelists may focus on brute force but Jett is an agent of skill. Most of her abilities only provide utility to herself, which is a common theme in the duelist class. Jett's Abilities Her first ability, Cloudburst, is a throwable smoke that can be curved to be placed in creative locations. The smoke doesn’t last long, proving most useful to conceal her location when entering or exiting an objective. Jett’s second ability, Updraft, gives her vertical momentum to claim the high ground. Her passive ability is activated by holding ‘space’ while falling to gently glide to the ground. Th

League Of Legends: 100 Thieves Bench Meteos And Stunt, Will Start Contractz And Poome

100 Thieves is experimenting with their LCS roster. Changes are coming to the 100 Thieves League of Legends Championship Series starting roster this week as jungler William “Meteos” Hartman and William “Stunt” Chen will be benched for week four. In place of the benched starters, 100 Thieves will look to Academy jungler Juan "Contractz" Arturo Garcia and support Philippe “Poome” Lavoi-Giguere. 100 Thieves are currently in a terrible phase, going 1-5 so far in the LCS and currently sit tied for 8th place. It really isn’t looking good for Meteos, who has again found himself taking the cut for his team’s poor form. Meteos has become a bit of a journeyman of the LCS having stints at Cloud9, Phoenix1, FlyQUest, OpTic (then Immortals) before rejoining 100 Thieves in Spring. His previous time at 100 Thieves also ended in him being benched. The last time it happened he was traded to FlyQuest for their Academy jungler Andy “AnDa” Hoang. This time, however, Meteos appears to have b

Apex Legends Meta Update: Revenant's And Lifeline's Success Jumps

Apex Legends’ meta is shaking up with the Lost Treasures balancing update with Revenant becoming a top-four Legend. The Apex Legends meta update is one of the most solidified metas in esports. In recent months, Gibraltar and Caustic have shaken up the Wattson, Pathfinder and Wraith meta, which has dominated for the longest time. Despite this, they are still some of the most favored picks in-game. However, Respawn Entertainment has decided to shape up the balancing of the game once again. The Lost Treasures patch has a few surprises to make more picks worthwhile. Here we will look at what room these balance changes have on a few of Apex Legend’s weaker picks. Revenant Revenant was one of the big balancing points of the most recent patch. He now has huge buffs to his ultimate and silencing capabilities. These two changes are the focal point of this conversation. The silence now affects Wraith’s and Pathfinder’s ability to maneuver around the map so effectively. Revenant's Silen

The competition featured some of Fortnite’s most notable names, including World Cup Champion Bugha, Tfue, UnknownxArmy, Clix and many more. The Elite Cup scoring system was a bit different than most tournaments in the past. This time around, placement points began at the top 15 remaining trios. A “special rule” was also in effect, which eliminated the lowest scoring trio after the first two matches. Unsurprisingly, one of the top NA East narrowly escaped with victory after eight intense games. Dota 2: BEYOND EPIC Sparking Arrow Gaming Wins Chinese Division

Here is what went down in China's division of the Beyond Epic tournament. BEYOND EPIC was a really interesting tournament that gathered some of the best teams in the world. Even though it was online, we saw the most dominant European, CIS and Chinese teams playing across three divisions for their share of the prize pool. Although most people didn’t expect it, the winner of the Chinese division tournament is Sparking Arrow Gaming. This is a team who landed in the spotlight recently after a  pretty dominant performance. However, they had the daunting task of going up against the Chinese powerhouse Vici Gaming. What happened in the Chinese division? China is one of those Dota 2 regions where we rarely see surprises. Here, most of the dominant teams have been in the driving seat for many years now. But Sparking Arrow Gaming did what many people thought to be impossible. Proving everyone wrong after they managed to eliminate four of the strongest teams in this region. After this e

Call of Duty League Power Rankings: Week 11

The Florida Mutineers take the crown this week as they become the first team to win three Home Series’ this year, but how do the rest of the teams line up? 12. Paris Legion (-) The Paris Legion took a 3-0 and 3-1 defeat from the Florida Mutineers and London Royal Ravens sending them home after just two games in their own Home Series. They stay bottom of the power rankings and although they play in two out of the three events left, they have two tough groups to battle their way out of. 11. Seattle Surge (-) They weren’t present at the Paris Legion Home Series, however they don't show any signs of being better than the teams above them. While they have improved, taking FaZe to a game five, they still haven't shown they can beat the teams around them, which they need to do in order to move up the power rankings. 10. OpTic Gaming Los Angeles (-3) OpTic Gaming left the Paris Home Series after just two games. They put up a fight against New York by winning map 1, but were abs

Fortnite: MrSavage, Benjyfishy And LeTsHe Dominate The $10,000 Amar Trios Cup

Europe’s best trio proved their talent in the Amar Trios Cup. Competitive Fortnite’s first legitimate trios tournament is in the books after two days and three rounds of intense competition. Many wondered what the landscape would look like, given the new map, weapons and overall feel of Fortnite Chapter 2 - Season 3. The $10K USD third-party tournament dubbed the Amar Trios Cup, gave fans and followers an insight into which European trio is the best. German streamer and content creator AmarCoDTV helped design and market the tournament. It featured a three-round format with a three-hour time limit in each and a maximum of ten matches per round. Epic Games presumably shelled out $10K USD for the prize pool, which unquestionably added incentive for the Euros to put forth their best efforts. The scoring system awarded placement points after teams reached the top 17. Eliminations were worth three points in the first two rounds and four in the final round. After a long break from competi

Dota 2: Natus Vincere's New Dota 2 Roster

Here is what’s new with the roster of one of the biggest Dota 2 teams in the world. Natus`Vincere are one of the most loved Dota 2 teams out there. Even though that’s definitely not the case today Na`Vi s trying to find the formula to success for some time now. League of Legends: LEC Power Shift - Who Will Be The Best In Europe?

Fnatic and G2 are currently looking up at Mad Lions and Rogue. Here’s a fun fact: Since its inception in 2013, the LEC has seen the split end with either Fnatic or G2 in first or second place EVERY. SINGLE. SPLIT. More currently, the last two splits included both G2 and Fnatic in first and second place respectfully. Now, if you are a fan of G2 or Fnatic, it is obviously too early in the season to be panicking. However, there does seem to be a very real possibility that they may miss out on the top two spots this split. With wins earlier today, Mad Lions and Rogue have a comfortable record of 5-1. Meanwhile, with more losses today, Fnatic and G2 are both sitting at 3-3. It seems that little mistakes keep plaguing the European giants and, if this trend continues, we could see the two most dominant teams in the LEC miss out on their coveted spots atop the standings. It should be noted that the one loss for both Mad Lions and Rogue came at the hands of G2. So, it is possible that G2 i

Dota 2: Virtus.Pro Knocks Out OG And TI 10's Prize Pool Reaches $20 Million

Virtus.Pro win against OG, and the latest battle pass continues to break levels, with TI 10's prize pool reaching $20 million USD. The Beyond Epic: Europe & CIS is slowly coming to an end. This tournament brought together some of the best teams in these two regions who fought with everything they have. After Alliance was eliminated from the event, despite being one of the favorites, another team that also was supposedly going to be one of the winners is also out. What happened? OG and Virtus.Pro both didn’t have a good time in the Group Stage of this event. In fact, the CIS powerhouse lost three of their series in this event but somehow they’ve managed to go through.
