The Call of Duty League has announced it will hold it's end of year championship for CDL Challengers teams online. This may come as a worry to professionals and fans alike. It could be a sign that despite many states reducing social distancing rules, the Call of Duty League Championships will be online.
A $500K prize pool will be split between three regions; North America, Europe and Asia Pasific, in a double-elimination bracket format.

Last Chance Qualifier
The Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) gives opportunity for teams who started later in the season. Providing these teams a chance to qualify for the end of year event. The top 24 teams based on Challengers Points from both North America and Europe will automatically qualify. While another eight teams will gain their place through the LCQ.
As for APAC, it is slightly different as only the top 12 will go straight through, with 4 more teams coming from the LCQ. The Last Chance Qualifiers are an open sign up event which will take place on Saturday, August 1st and Sunday, August 2.
Finals
The Call of Duty Challengers Finals will be held on a date which is to be announced soon. Rosters that auto-qualify for Finals will have their roster locked after the final event, that being the Toronto Ultra Home Series. The North American division will see 32 teams competing in a double-elimination bracket for $250K. Europe sees 32 teams battle for $200K and Asia Pacific has a smaller bracket of 16 teams fighting for $50K.
While the date for Finals has not been announced yet, we are told it is coming soon and more info will be announced in the near future.
