Fortnite: Primal Shotgun Remains Problematic Despite Nerf

ESTNN analyzes the Primal Shotgun changes. The competitive Fortnite scene never shies away from the game's occasional overpowered weapons and items. Season X mech suits and Chapter 2 - Season 2 Mythic weapons are critical reference points of unbalanced destruction tools through Fortnite's competitive history. The Epic Games of old would gloss over these items, and competitors had to make due. Since then, the team behind Fortnite has turned a corner with increased communication and responses to feedback. Unfortunately, the game's latest season introduced a new shotgun that has players concerned. She’s been the fourth most picked hero at this Major, with a total of 37 games and a win ration of 49%. Tal “Fly” Aizik ended up taking her to the safe lane to support Artour “Arteezy” Babaev’s Juggernaut. EG came in aggressive, taking out first blood. Still Fnatic were looking strong through the lanes with Marc “Raven” Polo Luis Fausto’s Phantom Assassin drawing even in Dire’s top lane. The game’s opening wasn’t as brutal

The Day 4 Stream B of group stages had teams Alliance, B Esports x Neon, PSG.LGD, Thunder Predator and Team Liquid battling against each other for places in the playoffs. As the games progressed we kept a close eye on each one to present a recap for people who missed the show. Neon Esports vs Thunder Predator The first game between Neon and Thunder was equal in the early game, with Thunder looking a bit more in control. Thunder picked Razor to counter Neon’s Troll Warlord, but teamfights looked in Neon’s favor close to the mid-game. Neon had a lot of sustenance with picks like Oracle and Phoenix. It was around the 30-minute mark that Thunder really showed the prowess of their draft. Initiations from Mars and damage from Phantom Assassin, Death Prophet and Razor was too much for Neon who called “Good Game”. Neon had full control after the early game in their second m

Meanwhile, Yawar “YawaR” Hassan’s Juggernaut and Rodrigo “Lelis” Santos on Venomancer brought the damage. It looked good on paper. They snatched first blood and were looking strong through the lanes. Then at 11-minutes, Linus “Limmp” Blomdin’s Dragon Knight got his Blink Dagger. Then t

Dota 2: Is Weaver A Viable Carry In 2021?

Let’s take a look at whether Weaver is a viable carry in 2021. By the looks of it, 2021 is going to be a good year for Dota 2. The new DPC has started and we already got to see loads of amazing series. Needless to say, there were loads of interesting heroes that were picked in several series, one of which was Weaver. The pesky hero hasn’t been the most popular pick through the years, at least when it comes down to the professional Dota 2 scene. However, it seems like the recent changes have a positive impact because Weaver was picked a lot of times, especially in combination with IO. The two heroes are really difficult to deal with because they are hard to kill and can do a lot of damage. With that being said, let’s take a look at a few things that will help us decide whether Weaver is a viable carry. Weaver’s current state Similar to most heroes in Dota 2, Weaver received a lot of buffs in the last couple of years. Even though neither of them were ground-breaking, it seems they

Stream B covered five series today, where three of them were played by Thunder Predator. Team Liquid vs Thunder Predator With a great performance in Wild Cards, Team Liquid was considered favorites against Thunder Predator. In Game 1, Liquid had a great laning stage.
