Fortnite Chapter 2 - Season 6: Battle Pass Breakdown

ESTNN walks you through every skin available in the Season 6 Battle Pass.

Epic Games dropped the latest season of Fortnite Battle Royale early this morning. Among the new features is animal taming, item crafting, and a ton of new weapons, items, and locations to experience. You can see all of the changes in our last article, where we covered everything in Season 6. The Battle Pass deserves separate analysis, considering this one is particularly intriguing. First, let's discuss how to get the Battle Pass for those who may be interested in adding a little incentive to their Chapter 2 - Season 6 experience.

How to get the Season 6 Battle Pass

Thankfully, Epic did not change the method of acquiring the Battle Pass. Season 6's multi-tier rewards system rings in at 950 V-Bucks, or $9.50 USD. Monthly Fortnite Crew subscribers receive the Battle Pass for free as part of their $11.99 USD charge. If you're lucky, one of your closest friends could also gift you the Battle Pass. Anyone who plays Fortnite with any degree of regularity should find value in the seasonal pass, given the amount of cosmetic skins and emotes contained within.

Now, let's take a look at what Fortnite Chapter 2 - Season 6's Battle Pass has to offer.

Agent Jonesy

Here's Agent Jonesy, the proverbial main character in Fortnite Battle Royale. He started the season with a bang, and Battle Pass owners will receive him first and foremost. Jonesy comes in his standard suit style, but there are five additional variants to unlock. Each type emulates Agent Jonesy's many travels from Season 5, where he visited characters from other well-known universes.

Lara Croft

Most will recognize Lara Croft from the Tomb Raider video game series. She is surprisingly not the hidden piece of the Season 6 Battle Pass. Players can unlock her at level 15, where she sports the same look as in her most recent Tomb Raider games. There are three other known variants for Lara Croft, respectively, at level 22 and beyond level 100. The former is her 25th-anniversary outfit, and the latter is her classic appearance from the original PlayStation days, both of which you can see below.

Tarana

Tarana is a new punk rock-looking female character with a unique appearance. She has blue hair and bone armor on her right arm and left knee. She is unlockable at level 29 and comes along with two additional variants, available at level 37 and beyond level 100. Her second style depicts Tarana in more bone armor, and the third style is virtually the same but with an indigo color scheme.

Raz

Raz is another new character in Season 6 that Battle Pass holders can unlock at level 50. It seems that he only has one style, but more likely that there are more beyond level 100. Raz almost looks like a character from Assassin's Creed.

Cluck

Cluck is your comic relief Battle Pass character of Season 6. It's a chicken with eggshell armor and bears a similar resemblance to the Snowmando cosmetic skin from last season's winter event. Cluck is unlockable at level 61. His Slurp and Explosion variants are unlockable at level 69 and beyond 100.

Raven

Raven is another unexpected cosmetic character skin in the Season 6 Battle Pass. Some may recognize her as a DC Comics character and a member of the Teen Titans. Like Lara Croft, Raven has three available styles. The first one is Rebirth Raven, which players can unlock at level 77. Her Classic style comes in at level 85 and Rachel Roth after level 100.

Spire

The hot ticket in Season 6 comes in the form of the Spire Assassin. She is a boss character in-game at The Spire location in the middle of this season's map. She is unlockable at level 100 and comes with a built-in variant, allowing players to remove her mask. The Spire Assassin does not have any known styles beyond the one seen above.

That covers all of the current Battle Pass skins for Chapter 2 - Season 6. Some mystery cosmetics are unlockable beyond level 100, but those aren't evident yet. We do know that Brazilian football star Neymar Jr is one of those skins. Check back with ESTNN and we'll update you with any others.
