CoD: Aydan & Rated Win $25K Code Red Warzone Tournament

Last night favorites Aydan & Rated won the $25K tournament, here’s how.

Boom.TV Hosted their $25K Code Red Warzone tournament last night, bringing together some of the best Warzone players in the world to compete. With exceptional players such as Tommey, Jukeyz, HusKerrs and ZLaner competing, Aydan & Rated came out on top. Here's how they did it.

Aydan & Rated’s Road to Victory

The duo started off in Round One against Glavanize & Sasquxtch. This was a quick and easy 2-0 for them, putting them into Round Two against surprise opponents, IceManIssac & Exzachtt. After defeating SuperEvan & ZLaner, this wouldn't be an easy match. However, Aydan & Rated were on good form, and they breezed past them into Round Three.

Here, they took on another great duo of Swagg & Booya. Yet again, Aydan & Rated were just too strong, taking them down 2-0 to find themselves in Winners Finals. In Winners Finals, they took on eventual Grand Final opponents, Newbz & Intechs. While the matches were split 1-1, Aydan & Rated won in overall kills to advance to the Grand Finals. Here, they didn't make the same mistake, and a quick 2-0 saw them take home the $14K First Place prize.

This Warzone tournament was full of action once again, with hopefully more to come in the future, the competitive Warzone scene appears to be returning to some sort of normality.
