The Krig 6 is quickly becoming one of the community's favorite weapons in Black Ops Cold War, here’s how to make the most of it.
As one of the first Assault Rifles you unlock in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, many players overlook the Krig 6. However, it is easily one of the best weapons in the game, and following the FFAR 1 nerf, it gives the AK-47 a run for its money as the best Assault Rifle. Here’s our favorite class, along with 2020 Championship-winning Crimsix’s.
ESTNN’s Class
We like to run a fast and mobile version of the Krig 6. With these attachments, you’ll have increased movement speed and aiming speed, along with more accurate hip-fire and steadier vertical recoil. This allows you to engage in close-range gunfights, and run around the map like you’re using an SMG. For this class, you’ll want to use the following attachments:

- Infantry Compensator
- 15.5” Contour
- Steady Aim Laser
- Infiltrator Grip
- 40 RND
- Speed Tape
- Wire Stock
Crimsix’s Class
Dallas Empire’s Ian “Crimsix” Porter likes to run a Krig 6 build with very few negative effects. Speed, accuracy, ammo and bullet velocity are all increased with these attachments, with only reload time and sprint out speed taking a hit. To shoot like the defending champion, you’ll want to use the following attachments:
